I'm a Certified LaughterYoga Teacher,(CLYT)
from Dr. Kataria's School of LaughterYoga
www.laughteryoga.org
and a Certified Laughter Leader, (CLL)
from World Laughter tour, from Steve Wilson
www.worldlaughtertour.com
Using both of these WONDERFUL methods,
and many years of experience making people happy,
I promote enjoying a healthy,happy life with laughter,LaughterYoga,
Good Hearted Living and much much more.
As a LaughterYoga Teacher, I conduct training workshops
to train you to lead others in this joyful way.
Since 1980,
(yes, I've been doing this since before I was born, Ha ha)
I've promoted and facilitated laughter in one way or another,
spreading joy and good 'ol fun as part of my life's work and passion,
taking it all quite seriously.
My laughter travels include Oregon, Northern California,
Indiana and the Bahamas!
I can hardly wait to see where I giggle next !!
Ever since my very first training with Dr. Kataria in 2003,
I have been very active in sharing this wonderful life changing
laughter with people in many different slices of life.
I am forever grateful to Arya Patria (RIP my dear friend) at
www.Laughaway.com for introducing me to Dr. Kataria and including me
into his "Laughter Life" here in Northern California.
Laughing with Arya is joyful laughter at it's best !
Sharing laughter is exactly that...sharing laughter...
with others who are Teaching, Leading, and those just learning.
We all are in this together, with a contagious belly laugh and we are
incredibly, joyfully, creatively, and lovingly, laughing all the way !
Through my incredible Teachers,
Dr. Madan and Madhuri Kataria, Arya Pathria,
Steve Wilson of World Laughter Tour and Allan O'Meara in Canada
and also with the unconditional Laughter support from Bev Bender,
I too have become a wonderful Teacher of LaughterYoga
and enjoy sharing the joy of Leading Laughter clubs, groups,
and presentations to students all along the laughter path.
From my past & "entertaining people" (a one way energy flow)
for 20 years,to Laughing WITH people (full circle of energy flow),
2003 - present, my experiences with Laughter have evolved into a
joyful and very fufilling, creative life !
For me, leading laughter has become a way of life, from
sharing it with my fun appearances on National Television,
The History Channel,Weird Medicine with Mark and Mark,
(along with Bev and Arya)
to facilitating amazing workshops with Cancer Survivors
and bringing laughter on Dolphin Swim trips!!
I have Co-organized the 2006, 2007 & 2008
World Laughter Day Celebration in Golden Gate Park San Francisco
with Bev Bender and Arya Pathria,
two REMARKABLE and amazing laughter friends !.
(REMEMBER it's always the first Sunday in May!)
I also lead all kinds of weekly/monthly public,
Senior and all kinds of group laughter events.
Sharing the tools of laughter and playfulness
have come to be the driving force behind my enthusiasm.

????? Who is Laughing Lydia ???????
Hello ho ho ha ha ha !!
I'm Lydia Gonzales
and I LOVE to Laugh !

A bit about me:
I enjoy swimming with wild dolphins (and Eileen), snorkeling, laughing,
my new dog Roxie, traveling, exploring, crafts and sewing, juggling,
making upbeat music on Marimbas or steel pan,
going sailing (especially with Wambie), love kids, dogs
and absolutely love the 3 stooges. N'yuk n'yuk
Any time I can spend with my dear friends (past and present)
is precious time that I never seem to get enough
of.
For me, every day can be an adventure! Life is too short to wear tight shoes!
I am so grateful to be able to teach people with my heartfelt joyful laughter...
really... I love my work. I have worked with many types and ages,
from small kids to at risk youth to Seniors, and enjoy them all.
I am blessed with knowing myself and my inner beliefs and
fortunately I have friends and family of many different lifestyles and beliefs.
I love and respect them for who they are and whatever they believe is their own business.
I have lead a very colorful life, and plan on continuing to do so,
as the alternative is unacceptable.
I love to think...which way? North South East or West,
the adventure is endless, be it outdoors or within me.
My favorite place has warm water, feels tropical & fun!
I love all types of food, except liver.
I've been a bit wild & crazy in my past,
and thankfully I’m much more mellow now, ha ha …
Thank goodness I have stories that will keep me laughing in my old age!
Those who have known me way back then, wink wink, Ain’t life GRAND??
There are still so many places still to see and explore
and new friends to make.
My favorites things are homemade p-nut butter cookies and banana cream pie,
how it smells when it's raining, I LOVE to hole up and do sewing,
play with my pooch and go to the dog park,
enjoy wearing happy pants and comfy clothes,
brazilian guitar, and 1-2- cha cha cha
My favorite book is "Inheriting the Trade".
Written by Tom DeWolf (one of my
heroes)
Wow- we have so much to learn from our past,
and how we all can change. You go, Tom !
